Housekeeper for family

About the Family: We are a young couple seeking a professional and trustworthy Housekeeper to join our household. Our home is warm, welcoming, and busy, and we are looking for someone who can maintain cleanliness, organization, and a comfortable environment for our family. The position involves cleaning, organizing, cooking, and some light family assistance as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain the family home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, and common spaces.
• Ensure cleanliness including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Wash, dry, fold, and organize laundry, including family clothing, bedding, and linens.
• Prepare meals according to family preferences.
• Ensure that all necessary household supplies (cleaning products, toiletries, etc.) are stocked and notify the family when items need replenishment.
• Run errands (e.g., grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, etc.) as required by the family.
• Organize and maintain closets, cabinets, and storage spaces to ensure everything is in order.
• Follow family preferences and routines while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and care.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a housekeeper, nanny, or in a similar domestic role.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of cleanliness.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards household chores.
• Ability to work and maintain confidentiality.
• Cooking skills and the ability to follow meal plans and recipes.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Must be reliable, trustworthy, and professional.
• Comfortable with flexible working hours, including occasional weekends or evenings if needed.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and carrying laundry or heavy items.
• References and background check required.
